Our designers have worked on countless homes across Western New York. From large estates to small cottages there is nothing we can't handle.
Meeting
To begin your project simply visit the showroom and speak with one of our designers. We encourage you to bring photos of the space(s) that you want to work on. It is also helpful to have photos of spaces that inspire you. After meeting and talking to your designer you will then schedule a house call so they can personally see the space(s) and begin the design process.
Designing
Depending on the project the design phase can take anywhere from a few weeks to months. During this process your designer will work with you on selecting things such as paint/wallpaper, flooring, lighting, and accessories. When it comes to selecting furniture your designer will work with you on selecting things such as trims, stains, and fabrics/leathers.
It is important to note that although our designers will present you with options you make the final design choices allowing for your style to shine!
Waiting
This is the least fun part of the process.
After your designs and choices are finalized we order all of your items. During the time between order and delivery your designer will provide you with updates on when items are shipped and received. When items are received in our warehouse they are inspected to ensure that they have not been damaged during shipping.
Enjoying
Once all of your items are delivered and have passed inspection we will schedule delivery to your home. Your designer will be on hand to ensure that everything is placed properly and to also give everything a final inspection.
Once all your new furniture and accessories are placed it is time to enjoy your new space!
